If your taxes are escrowed,-Please make sure to forward your tax bills to your mortgage company unless they tell you they do not require you to send them your tax bill.  Tax bills are mailed to the property owner.

​  If you make your payments by mail on the last day, Please make sure to take them in to the post   office and get them Postmarked.  Too many are getting postmarked late or not at all. Remember   if your check is make out incorrectly it will get returned to you and this is not considered on time.

 Metered mail is not acceptable.

    If you make a change to your deed, such as a name change, or if you refinance, please make sure you still have your       Homestead and Farmstead exemption. You may have to fill out a new application in order to receive your exemption.
